Rental Management :

We offer a Let Only, Rent collection and full management of properties on behalf of landlords. The cost of drawing up a contract and tenant screening is included in the letting fee. Please ask for a copy of our Landlord Rental Contract.

Our Wide range of services includes:

1. EPC's from �85 all inclusive, HIPS,

2. Rent guarantee insurance

3. Credit checks and references

4. NIC electrical certificates,

5. CORGI gas inspections and certificates from �60 per property.

6. We provide carpet fitting services and have an in-house carpet fitter.

7. We also provide quotations for plastering, cleaning, painting and general home improvement works. (Please contact our office to arrange a free quotation.)

8. Valuation reports for probate, divorce and private sales

9. Valuation report form �50 only

General Administration Services :

1. We provide Faxing and photocopying service as well as general administration and generating reports, CV's etc.

2. 6 month AST agreements available to buy at �9.50 per copy.

4. Free rental and sale valuations at a time convenient to you including evenings and weekends
