·        As standard we offer Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements, with a minimum term of 6 months which is renewable thereafter by mutual agreement.

·        We screen all our tenants as standard and may perform credit checks and require references from employers and/or previous landlords.

·      All deposits are lodged independently with the DPS (deposit protection scheme), which are recalled at the end of the tenancy inline with legal requirements.

·    We attempt to ensure that all repairs to property are carried out in a timely manner.

We expect all tenants to keep their respective properties in good internal order, to report all issues promptly to our office, to respect the property and their neighbours and to ensure that all payments are made as agreed.
